These terms apply to browsing and shopping at mymarwar.in, operated under the MyMarwar brand. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Placing an order
You must be an adult, or purchase with an adult’s involvement, and supply accurate contact and delivery information. Select the required size or pack option before adding a product to your bag. An order acknowledgement records your request; availability and delivery serviceability are checked before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The checkout shows the product total, delivery charge and any applicable taxes or discounts before you place an order. We will not add a charge after checkout without your agreement. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will explain the correction and let you choose whether to proceed or cancel for a refund.
Only payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available. Where cash on delivery is offered, the amount shown is payable on delivery. Online payments, when available, are processed through the provider shown at checkout. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN or banking password with customer care.
Product information
Images, descriptions, sizes and pack quantities help you choose. Screen colours and handcrafted details may vary slightly; these differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate description or defective item. Contact us before ordering if you need fit guidance or additional label details. Product-specific instructions and the pack label should be followed.
Food products are intended for normal culinary use. Check ingredients, allergens, storage and best-before information. They are not offered as a treatment or cure for illness. Do not consume a product that appears damaged, expired or improperly sealed.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping & Returns Policy explains delivery charges, estimated dispatch and transit times, cancellations, 7-day footwear returns/size exchanges, food-item conditions and refund timing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will assist with delays, incorrect items and damaged parcels.
Your account and website use
Keep your login details private and let us know if you suspect unauthorised account use. Do not use the website to submit false orders, disrupt services, misuse another person’s information or infringe intellectual-property rights. MyMarwar branding and website content may not be reused commercially without permission.

Send your order number and concern to info@mymarwar.com or call +91 7627091520. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Customer care operates Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM IST.
Applicable rights and updates
Applicable Indian law governs these terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections, remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or your right to approach a competent consumer forum. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms shown when you place an order govern that order unless a change is required by law.
